Logistics Executive

Reports To: Assistant Logistics Manager @ Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Executive to Assistant Logistics Manager @ Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing import-related documentation, liaising with governmental authorities, and supporting administrative tasks. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical logistics field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Import License Management:
    • Apply for import licenses through the Tradenet 2.0 system.
    • Monitor and follow up on import license applications and renewals.
    • Maintain compliance with relevant import regulations.
  2. Documentation and Filing:
    • Organize, handle, and systematically file import documents and related records.
    • Ensure easy retrieval and accuracy of filing systems.
  3. Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates and reports directly to the Assistant Logistics Manager @ Executive Assistant.
  4. Government Liaison:
    • Follow up with government offices regarding import licenses and company registrations.
    • Personally visit government agencies as required to process and submit official documents.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Assist in general administrative duties.
    • Support calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  6. Collaboration and Proactivity:
    • Demonstrate initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
    • Work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies as needed.
Requirements:

– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Background in pharmaceutical logistics is highly preferred.
– Familiarity with the Tradenet 2.0 system.
– Strong organizational and documentation skills.
– Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
– Ability to work independently and handle sensitive/confidential information.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
