Responsibilities:

– Lead and drive the performance of team to achieve targets

– Monitor market dynamics and identify growth opportunities

– Ensure proper execution of territory plans and alignment with company strategy

– Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role

– Bachelor’s degree; pharmaceutical sales experience required

– Strong leadership and territory management skills
