Responsibilities:
– Effectively and professionally follow up on product delivery and payment collection (Operation Team).
– Must be able to prepare and submit daily reports detailing the status of each sales order—from order placement to payment completion.
– Communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
– Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer support.
Requirements:
– Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
– Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player
